Browser-based reviewing - printing comments

We are using Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 and running a WebDAV server to host documents and store comments.

When reviewing documents online, our users cannot print comments (the Print Comments button is disabled). The user must save the document locally, open it in Acrobat Pro 8 and then the user can print comments.

Is there a setting that needs to be enabled or a way to allow users viewing documents online to print comments without having to save the document locally?

Try pressing Ctrl+t. This opens the 'Summarize Options' window and allows the user to print comments.

Allow Adobe reader to print all comments/comments boxes/sticky notes:
Save into notepad as "bprintCommentPopups.reg" with the quotes.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\8.0\Annots\cPrefs]
"bprintCommentPopups"=dword:00000001
Now double click the reg file, this installs the reader prefs to print all comments/comments boxes/sticky notes.
