Browser-Based Reviews not showing up in Review Tracker

I have 2 users who are having this problem. We are on Acrobat Pro 8.1.2 and their browser-based reviews (on WEBDAV server) aren't showing up in their review tracker. One users on Tiger, one on Leopard.

Is there a solution to this before I try re-installing Pro 8 + all the updates?

Are the user preferences all setup the same? Edit > Preferences > Review
Server Type = WebDAV
and the IP address of the web server should have and ending back slash. For example: http://161.43.237.41/WebDAV/.

Yes. All the preferences are set-up correctly-I checked both user's prefs already.

Are they able to contact the review server?

After talking to both users, they had just upgraded to new computers. Their tracker history was on the old machines under their old accounts.

I think we can put this issue to rest. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for the update. Just so you're aware the Tracker information is stored in the Acrobat User Data folder on the Mac.
