When I add an email address to the Send for Shared Review dialog box, a Check Names dialog box opens with the message: "Microsoft Office Outlook does not recognize "/O=company_name."
The Select the Address to Use list shows "(No Suggestions)". It does not matter whether I try to add addresses manually or use the To button. It does not matter whether I use individual addresses or group addresses.
I can close the Check Names dialog box and the addresses do appear in the To line, but when I click Send, the Check Names dialog box opens again and I cannot proceed beyond this point.
I read through the forums and someone else had this exact problem a year or so ago, but I found no resolution.
I am using Acrobat 9 on Windows XP with MS Office 2007.
