Hi. I'm working with a friend to set up form collation, collaborating for review etc but her computer is missing all tool bar and menu items relating to "collaborate". Everything else is the same. We are both using Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro Extended, although mine is version 9.1 and hers is v9. Are we missing something obvious here or is there an issue. Thanks for any help that you can provide.

Is the 9.0 version one that has been packaged by a company's IT department? If so, it's possible that these particular features were removed. If not, I would try doing a repair of the install from under the Help menu.
you should upgrade both versions, Acrobat is 9.4.1 now.
