I have a client who is unable to make comments on some of my PDFs, while others she can. Where should I look first to fix this?

Is your client using Adobe Reader (always ask that question when clients are reporting problems). If so, some PDFs may be enabled with Adobe Reader usage rights while other PDFs are not enabled.

If your client is using Acrobat, check to see if some of the files are secured and preventing commenting permissions.
