How are commenting tools such as Highlighting turned off?
 
Can colors other than yellow on highlighting or green on underlining be used?
 
If so, how?
 
What is the best source for learning how to use this software?

You can hide/show comments using the Comment pane in Acrobat 6 Standard/Professional and later.

Yes, you can use whatever color you want. Just choose 'Properties" in the context menu of any comment.

The included Help file is a GREAT place ot start.
