Comments, Replies, and status question

I am currently extracting comments from pdf files and creating excel files. The problem I am having is that the replies and status values are separate entries. Is there a way to group all the information
attached to a comment (reply, reply to a reply, and status)?

Any help would be appreciated.

Every annotation has an "inReplyTo" property which specifies the name of the annot to which it replies.
You can probably use that to achieve what you want.
