Comparing Documents not showing the differences...

I did about 10 file comparisons, and they worked great. When I did the side-by-side, page-by-page visual differences, the first 10 worked perfect. The visual changes were circled.

Then, it stopped showing the circled changes...

It still tells me how many pages have problems, but no longer shows the circles.

Any ideas???

Did your markup color somehow get changed to "no color"?

No. I did figure it out though.

The PDFs I was comparing had two different page sizes. This caused the mark-ups to disappear. Unfortunately, there was no good way to re-size the pages without effecting the other settings.

I ended up using a different compare feature that only highlighted textual variances instead of a page-to-page visual comparison.

Still worked, but not as well.
