I read in the Adobe PDF for configuring repositories with ONE FDF file. The documentation does not go into details. Is a example or better detailed documentation that an administrator can follow to create a single FDF file for my repository. Does anyone know wher eI can get this information????

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 9.4.2, Windows

Philly-D,

The repository can be configured using one FDF, but the repository itself can not exist as one FDF. Each record of the data will have it's own FDF file that can be imported to the repository or exported from the repository.

Ok, but where can I get an example of an FDF file that does this already? I am in the process of trying to create one but I am running into issues because the "Comment" button in the toolbar dispaly and then disappears.

In the Adobe documentation it mentions that a repository can have one FDF for all PDFs or one FDF for each PDF.

This information is dated, but still applies to Acrobat 9. This guide should help:
