crashes when emailing PDF for reviews

Acrobat Pro 8 crashes when sending a PDF for review using the Comments - Attach for Email Review command. It also crashes when returning a review using the Send Comments button.
 
This is on a (pretty new) Dell Latitude 620 laptop running Windows XP SP2. Others in my group can do these operations without crashing (using different hardware).
 
I experienced this both with 8.0 and 8.1. I also tried disabling the antivirus software, but that didn't change anything.
 
My email software is Outlook, running Oracle Connector for Outlook as an interface with Oracle's Collaboration Suite. My colleagues who do not experience the crashes have the same email setup.

Have you tried running a registry checker program? That might be a good first step....

Acrobat is probably the program I use most often and I'm learning more every day.

That didn't seem to make a difference, but at least I learned about registry cleaners. Thanks for the suggestion.
