Custom Dynamic Stamp, 8.0 Pro

I have reviewed the various tutorials on creating custom stamps, which seem to be quite simple, however I am not finding the associated Dynamic.pdf mentioned in the tutorials. The folder mentioned has only one blank pdf. Any help?

Acrobat Pro 8.0, Macintosh

On my computer the folder is:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Acrobat 8.0\Acrobat\plug_ins\Annotations\Stamps\ENU

It contains several stamp files. All of these files are installed by Acrobat. If they aren't there then try reparing the Acrobat installation.

The first page of all stamp files is blank, are you sure you didn't just see the first page?

What folder are you directed to? I'll compare the PDF to the Dynamic.pdf file that appears only to be on the Windows platform.
