Dimensioning Tool

I cannot find the dimensioning tool since I upgraded to this version from 7.0 pro. I prefer it to the measurement tool for making as builts for my projects. Did I miss it? Is it available in a plug in? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Oh, it's there, and what's nice in Acrobat 8, you can place one or more of the Dimensioning tools
