Enable Comments for PDF Packages...

Hey all, I'm using Professional 8, sending out documents for review. My reviewers are all using Reader 8 so I've been combining documents into a single .pdf and then enabling comments for the whole file. The problem is that when I get the merged file back with reviewer comments I need to extract all of the documents. I was hoping to use the Package feature on Pro 8 instead of combining the documents into a single file, but I soon discovered that I can't enable comments on the whole package at once. The package feature isn't much of a time-saver if I have to go into each doc in the package to enable comments for Reader. Does anyone know of a way to enable comments on the whole package at once?

Cheers.

Unfortunately only the first document within the PDF package will be Reader enabled. You'll need to Reader enable the files first then create the package.

I too am using professional 8 and was hoping to use the package feature and not the merged approach for reviewing drawings. However, Acrobat does not allow you to use the review wizards to review packages, only merged pdf's. I don't want to use merged pdf's as after being reviewed, I have to extract the individual drawings and then rename them (to their drawing number...big pain). So, I'm left to assume that the only workflow available to review packages is to do it manually and not use the reviewing wizard, and thus not have the ability to track or engage ina shared review. Any thoughts on this?

Thanks!
