When I try to create a new shared review using Acrobat.com, I get an message that the email failed yet the recipient receives the email. When I track reviews there is an error icon next to the review in question and the message

Review has Ended
Error: Could not get new comments. One or more files are missing on the server.

The review does not have a deadline so I cannot see how it can be marked as ended and am a bit confused as reviews have been working so well.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.0, Macintosh

Be sure to check the URL of the server you entered for the storage of your comments. Specifically, make sure there's a trailing slash after your folder if necessary. For example, the following is incorrect:

http://goatee/contentspace/webdav/SharedReviews/Comments

This will result in the PDF not correctly including the server's URL. Instead, use this:

http://goatee/contentspace/webdav/SharedReviews/Comments/

Clearly those URLs are for my server and my comments root. Yours would be something like:

http://webdavservername/foldername/
