When I try to create a new shared review using Acrobat.com, I get an message that the email failed yet the recipient receives the email. When I track reviews there is an error icon next to the review in question and the message
Review has Ended
Error: Could not get new comments. One or more files are missing on the server.
The review does not have a deadline so I cannot see how it can be marked as ended and am a bit confused as reviews have been working so well.
I'm getting the exact same message. Does anybody have a solution?
