using acrobat pro 8.1.4 in win xp

I have a pdf that was created by "printing" contents of a webpage (mostly text) into a pdf.

I have since highlighted many passages using highlight text tool

I'm trying to export the highlighted passages by following these instructions
http://www.acrobatusers.com/forums/aucbb/viewtopic.php?pid=71934#p71934

But I'm not getting the blank pdf with the excel attachment as noted in those instructions. There are no error msgs. The batch sequence just runs, prompts me to select the file and the batch process windows just go away.

Any ideas?

Btw, is there a simpler way than this to get a summary all the highlighted text?

Thanks.

You have to disable the a special script file by running the following command before running the batch file:
delete global.startBatch
Since there is no 'run' button for the JavaScript console, you will have to highlight the line and while holding down the 'Ctrl' key depress the numeric keypad 'Enter' key.

See my response in the referenced post for more information about the JavaScript console.
