Error while commenting

Hi,

I am not very good in Acrobat. We are using comment server for Documentum. Recently we have started getting error -

"There was a problem storing your online comments. Please check that state of your online comments server."

while clicking Send and Recieve button of comment toolbar. This issue is with some users only and i can see no error in comment server log. Its up and running fine for other users at the same time.

Please help as the users having issue are incresing daily.

I believe that the comment server for Documentum is a custom implementation of Acrobat with their document management system so you'll want to contact ECM/Documentum for support issues.
