Have instigated e-mail PDF_review and the returned PDFs have been opened to share their comments with the original PDF_review. E-mail review has closed. Is it possible to export comments and automatically populate a table within MS Word. The table to consist of rows and columns. Each row to have columns to capture comment data such as page, paragraph, comment, reviewer? Thanks crimsom.

Acrobat can summarize the comments and you can save that back to a Word document from Acrobat. But, there is no way I know of to auto-populate that data into a Word table. It is possible that you could hire someone to script that process for you, but I think adding the paragraph number would be difficult. Adding the page, comment and reviewer shouldn't be a problem. I hope this helps.

Have you tried round-tripping the comments to Word? You can find a helpful video here:

Something of a work around that may get what you want.
.
Create a PDF report of only the comments. Use the Acrobat facility to export to Excel (output to a csv). Open csv with Excel. Adjust Excel as needed. Migrate to Word table.
.

Be well...
