Hi swebb,

Yes, you can change the highlight color. However, if you can print grayscale the highlight should appear gray. Make sure that "Print color as black" is not selected in the Print menu.

To change the default highlight, select the text you've highlighted, use the context menu (right click on Windows), and select Properties. Change the color and then check the box to "Make Current Properties Default".

Hope this helps,
Lori

Is it possible to display the color palette for the highlighter on the main screen? I like to use a variety of colors when highlighting. Thanks.

If you press Ctrl + e it will bring up the Properties toolbar. This toolbar has a button to select color properties for your highlights.

Thanks! Then I just had to place it in my toolbar. That's very useful.
