hilighted text copy

I am using pdf books for studying and I hilight keywords while studying.I want to copy all hilighted words to make a mind-map in mind manager software.I tried copying comments,i dont need my details coming and all... just hilighted words in a text document.is there a method of copying words as i hilight/copying all hilighted words in a pdf in to text document? it would be less labourious if words are copied automatically as I hilight while reading.Please help me.

You can not copy color into a text file. Try copying the highlighted text with the Snap Shot tool and pasting it into MS Word or a blank PDF page (Acrobat 7 or 8 is required to do this).
