invoking comment tools from mouse

I do a lot of document reviewing via Acrobat, and it would be very convenient if I add some additional tools to the choice of things that appear when I right-click the mouse when it's over the text. (Otherwise, I keep having to move the mouse back and forth between the text and the toolbars).

But after much investigation, I haven't figured out whether this is possible, let alone how to do it!

Anyone have any wisdom to share?

Thanks!

More my nattering than 'wisdom' -
But, Something to play with -

Have the Select Tool active.
Double-click or Shift+click text of interest (which highllights/selects the text).
Right click for context menu.
Some of the choices are:
--| Replace Text (Comment)
--| Highlight Text (Comment)
--| Add Note to Text (Comment)
--| Underline Text (Comment)
--| Cross-Out Text (Comment)

Each provides an associated pop-up that has its own "label".
--| Replace Text (label is "Replacement Text")
--| Highlight Text (label is "Highlight")
--| Add Note to Text (label is "Comment on Text")
--| Underline Text (label is "Highlight")
--| Cross-Out Text (label is "Cross-Out")

With the exception of Highlight Text and Add Note to Text each pop-up may be configured to have its own color.
(These both use the "Highlight" annotation color setting.)

In Acrobat's Preferences > Commenting category you have configuration options for 'Pop-Up Open Behavior' and 'Making Comments'.
Example: copy selected text into Highlight, Cross-Out, and Underlne comment pop-ups.
Note that using this does not result in the "Add Note to Text" pop-up having select text copied in.
Appropriate behavior as, for this, you'd want a clean palette onto which you "add a note" .If you play with this then, also, play with the Comments List.
Within the Comments List you can perform very useful Sorting/Filtering and Searching.
Example: Sort by Color of annotation.
As well, a report PDF can be generated that summarizes the Comments.
