Leopard Users Can't View Tiger-sent .fdf's

We send browser-based reviews from mac's running Tiger (10.4.11) using Acrobat 8 Pro. Our Leopard and Snow Leopard users are unable to view the fdf attachments that are sent out.

Any ideas why? We're all consistently using the same settings. (we're using a WEBDAV server)

Thanks,
Jackie

I have since updated to 8.2.1 and no luck. There's a window that pops up and says:

"To open this attachment you must save it to your disk. Right-click the link and then hit save..."

So I follow these directions, save the link to my desktop, and then double-click to open it. It gives me my usual box of asking me if I allow it to open, so I check the box that says remember this and it goes CRAZY-flipping between Acrobat and Safari repeatedly until I force quit both.

Do brower-based reviews even work in CS3 on [snow] leopard machines?? They can't upload them here and they can't read the fdf attachments from sent ones. What's going on here???

I've been troubleshooting this for A YEAR!
