Livecycle document and Sharepoint

I have created a document in Livecycle Designer 8 which reads from an Oracle database. I would like to use this document in a workflow involving Sharepoint.
 
When I try to "Send for a Shared Review" in acrobat pro 8.1, I get an error that the document does not allow modifications, even though I have no security on the document. The only way I can review a Livecycle-produced document in Sharepoint is to require a password for editing, and then in Acrobat 8 click on document properties>security tab and then click "Change Settings". I enter my password and then hit cancel. That changes my "Changing the Document" restriction to "allowed" and I can then send the document to Sharepoint.
 
I want to be able to use Sharepoint without entering a password.
 
My question is how can I make "Changing the Document" allowed by default with a Livecycle Designer PDF so I don't have to enter a password to Share it on sharepoint?

Unfortunately, the only way you can get around this issue is to create a static PDF form rather than a dynamic one. Static PDF forms support annotations to a certain extent. Dynamic PDF forms, especially in Acrobat/Reader 8.1, do not.

Note that static PDF forms cannot alter their structure at runtime (in Acrobat/Reader). This means that you can't do things like showing and hiding objects or creating instances of subforms. Static forms are meant for print only.
