Missing the "Send by Email for Approval" Feature

The help says that this feature is in the Comments menu. I assume it is a separate wizard from the "Attach for Email Review" wizard. At any rate, I have Acrobat Pro 9 and cannot find this feature. Any ideas?

You can use File > Attach to Email or Comments > Attach for Email Review if you'd like Acrobat to track responses, etc.
