Missing tools

When I open a PDF within Explorer, Acrobat will not allow me to add certain reviewing tools to my Acrobat toolbar. When I select commenting under more tools, it won't display, for example, the stamp. Can you help?

Acrobat Standard 8, Windows

Some tools aren't available in the browser while others are. Also, different versions of Acrobat support different tool sets in the browser.
