Pencil Tool

Hi everybody!
 
I don't write english very well, but... I will try.
My question is:
 
I am having an issue with the pencil tool. When using the Pencil tool, it selects the draw instead of continuing the drawing. I mean, to connect two lines, I need to wait until the cursor changes from arrow to cross, and then start the new line.
On the other hand, when I use "Line Tool" and then start the new line with Shift+Left Mouse Button, the cursor don't changes to the arrow at all. I mean it does not allows you to select. That's what I want.
 
When I click Shift+Left Mouse Button with "Pencil tool" it erase, and this isn't what I want.
 
Any ideas!

This may help you. Right-click on the line tool or pencil tool, choose Keep Tool Selected. You can also choose Properties, and set the desired options in the Properties dialog box. To go back and select a line you've already drawn, select the hand tool first and then select the line.
