Hello,
Is there any way to prevent a user in Reader who is reviewing a PDF from a Acrobat Professional PDF that was created with "Enable for Commenting and Sharing in Acrobat Reader" turned on, from deleting other users comments?

You can flatten the file before sending it.

Once flattened, will the Reader user still be able to add comments?
Can a Reader user flatten a PDF after they make their comments so no one deletes them?
If so, how do they flatten the doc?
