It's very possible I am confused.
I have a distinct memory of an associate in our St. Louis office showing me a printout of the complete sticky notes and text which had been underlined. there are maybe 18 or 20 pages showing all of the comments in a 250 page document.
It was someone like the Comments Summary printout but instead of the one line per page the content of the sticky note was printed. I can't figure out how to do this without cutting and pasting until I'm blue in the face.
Any and all help will be very much appreciated.
You can create a Summary of Comments. Open the Comments panel, click on the Options button and select Summarize Comments. Choose Comments Only for the layout, then click the Create PDF Comment Summary button at the bottom of the dialog.
