Problems with stamps

I can't describe the problem I am having accurately. Is there any way to upload a pdf to show what the problem is???
I have created a custom stamp that I want to be transparent. The stamp has a sticky note attached that I cannot seem to get rid of? Even when I insert any of the stamps it put a yellow sticky note on it.
I don't want this sticky note and I am not sure what is creating it? If I could send the document then it would be apparent.
Thank you.

Suzanne,
Visit acrobat.com and open a free account.
https://acrobat.com/#il=1&page=signup_only&su=1
.
Acrobat.com
.
You can upload the PDF to the account. Once uploaded you can select "share" (open the drop-down from the dot at the right of the file). In the subsequent dialogs, Publish the file and select the option to share with anyone having the link. Use 'Copy' to put the link to the clipboard. Paste from there into a post here or 'bank' the link by pasting it into a text file that you save to your HDD.
.

Be well...

On the top bar of the stamp in the upper right corner there is a box with a "_", underscore in it, just click on the box and the pop-up note will minimize and and not display. You can also just click on the stamp, and the pop-up will minimize.

Have you checked your application preferences, "Edit => Preferences" category commenting, to see if you have one of the options to open the pop-up notes selected? When you add the stamp, be very careful not to double click or you will open the pop-up comment for the stamp.

Note that Stamps are type of annotation and annotations all have an available pop-up note even if it is empty.

Topic: Stamps Stop Displaying

We are having a problem with stamps that stop displaying. Stamp is placed in a document and the figure displays fine. But later when the document is re-openned the stamp displays as a box with an X through it. When I click on the stamp, the handles (corners connected by the blue dashed lines) are smaller than the original figure.

1) What causes this?
2) How can I correct it and get the stamp to display the figure again?

Cheers, Scott
