At my previous law firm, I had a toolbar "Advanced Commenting". How do I get that toolbar in my current version of adobe? The rectangle button with a pulldown menu was invaluable. It provided oval, rectangle, etc. shapes that I could use to white out sections of my document.

You can do better than that... in Acrobat 8, you can configure specialized versions of all these toolbars, set up just as you want them (as long as you want them in functional groups, that is). Look under Tools -> Customize Toolbars to select your tools. Then, drag the tools around to taste. Finally, lock your toolbars via the View -> Toolbars menu.
