Hello

Using Acrobat Pro 9

In my Tracker panel, it has a list of Reviews and next to each name it shows Comments New / Total

If someone has 0/0, does that mean they have opened the document, but not left any comments?

As opposed to someone who has a blank entry, has this person not even opened the document yet?

I think you've got it. But you do have an easy way to test your theory. Create a mock review, send it to two people. Have one open the document but not comment, and the other do nothing.

Thanks thomp!

I created a quick test and it went exactly how I had assumed. When someone opens the review file, they get the 0/0. If they haven't opened it, their Comments column is blank.
