Hi,

I was wondering if it possible to search for Sticky notes, callout, inserts or deletions in a document.

I'm working on various books that consist of 200 pages each. Is it possible to search for what page has changes on it that is marked with stickies etc.

This would be very helpful. I understand that you can search for copy that is on a sticky, if you knew what copy to search for.

I figured out a way to search for stickies by having the client put their name "sharon" and then I can search for "sharon" and it will search for the page that has a stickie with the word "sharon", but I'm more concerned about inserts and deletions.

Hopefully you can help me.

I would use the Create PDF of Comment Summary under the Comments Navigation Pane under Print Comments. This gives you many options for reviewing comments that have been made in a document. You can sort by author, type, page, and date too.
