Is there a way I can set the shared review to go to individuals in succession? If I enter two email addresses, it goes to both at the same time. I want it to go to the first person to make their comments, then to the second. Is this possible?

Unfortunately this is not possible with the Shard Review -- this type of capability is typically associated with a workflow routing tool.

Using Word 2003 w/tracked changes on WindowsXP, I created PDF to send for review (on network server).

After completing the email to reviewers and submitting, message: “could not save shared review-enabled PDF file”
Did the email w/link to review get sent? I don't think so.
The "PDF_review" file is created and I see a folder with the same "PDF_review" name. Should that folder contain an XML file of reviewer's profile, or anything?

Also, the Security tab on the Properties shows that Changing, Signing are not allowed but I did not have the security set as such on the PDF before sending it out.
And "Save a copy" removes the necessary reviewing features.

Biggest issue: why isn't the email w/link being delivered?
