Setting up hot keys for stamp use

As a public accountant I have to do a lot of checklists for various engagements performed for clients. I find that in filling out the majority of the checklists I have 3-4 main stamps that I use.

Is there a way to set up "hotkeys" to quickly flip between these 3-4 stamps?

You could add tool bar buttons to apply a single stamp or annotation.
