Shared Review-add reviewers

When we add a reviewer to a shared review we are experiencing problems. Does anyone have a solution to these?

1. New reviewer, previous reviewers and the initiator cannot access the network and receive a dialog asking them to work offline.

2. Review Tracker no longer displays the shared review PDF.

Any help will be appreciated.

Clarification - the reviewers can access the network via any other method so this is not a network rights problem.

Since the additional reviewer was added via the Review Tracker, Add Reviewer functionality the reviewers can no longer access the shared PDF file and receive a dialog that gives them the option of working offline.
