Does Acrobat 9 support sharing files with "Send and Collaborate Live" when my email application is gmail, or any other web-based email application?

I just finished watching the Acrobat 9 Synchronized Document Views using Acrobat.com video to send and collaborate live.

In the "Send and Collaborate Live" dialog box, when you click "send" to send the message to the chosen email addresses, Acrobat sends the message to my email application, which then sends the message and PDF to my selected email addresses.

I'm not using Outlook or Lotus Notes, rather I use web-based email.

Did I miss something obvious?

Actually, for "Send and Collab Live" we sent the email directly - we don't use an intermediate email client. So yes, it will work fine with your gmail account.

In addition, a local copy is created that you can manually send yourself later from your favorite web mail application. Alternatively, select "Store my file on Acrobat.com" and an email will be sent with a link to download the file.

Hi, all. I'm using Gmail for email. When setting up a shared review (Comments > Send for Shared Review), my contacts do not appear in the Address Book (after clicking the To button on the Send for Shared Review dialog box). They *did* appear once upon a time, but they have vanished. Any ideas on what I need to do to reestablish contact?

Thanks!

Ah! Starting MS Outlook and letting it synch the Contacts and Address Book fixed this. Not sure why it was necessary (in other words, what interrupted the otherwise smoothly running and well-oiled Shared Review machine...).
