Shared review - cannot see comments - says 0/0

Hi -
Thanks in advance for the help.
 
I created a shared review using Adobe X pro and added 9 people to the review, all but 3 were my clients, some of whom work at the office and other work from home. I put the shared review through adobe.com review server.
 
The other 3 people were two of my remote employees who work from their homes and myself.
 
I know from speaking to my client at least 1 person has published comments.
 
When I download the document - either as a reviewer or as the initiator I see that people are listed as having "new/total comments" but it says 0/0 in that column. All other columns say nothing. It lists 4 active reviers.
 
What is wrong???? I asked my employees to check and they cannot see the comments either - they see the same thing I do.
 
The file was specifically enabled for commenting.
 
Can anyone help???

BTW - if I wasn't clear - no comments are showing up in the review.
