I've been working with Adobe support for a week and no one can seem to find the answer to this. I'm uploading pdfs to a secure webDAV server for shared review. At the tail end of saving to the server, Acrobat quits. The problem is that once in awhile it will go through. We've checked my keychains, user setup, access, etc. I even got a brand new computer. All my settings with my hard drive and server are exactly the same as other employees who perform reviews just fine.
I can seem to repeat creating a new pdf from Adobe and it goes through. It's taking existing pdfs that were created (exported) from InDesign where the issue arises. Is there a particular way I have to save pdfs? Is there a preference in inDesign I need to set to allow for shared reviews?
My mail client is Entourage 11.4.0. A coworker is on 11.3.3 and doesn't have issues, but I don't see why my version of Entourage is the issue.
My IT person and Adobe support seem to be stumped because we can't replicate the problem every time to isolate where the issue is coming from. Any insight would be much appreciated.
Thanks
