Shared Review Email invite shows URL in plain text

I have been having an issue recently after an OS reinstall. If I send a shared a review using Acrobat 9.3 on my Windows XP box, the email users get does not have a hyperlink for the URL, it is just plain text. I have to copy and paste the URL. Other messages are fine, for instance shared review invites from others. The same goes for the recipients, they receive the message in plain text. I know it's not Outlook, if I send a new message with a URL, it works fine. Is there a setting in Acrobat somewhere that could be sending invites in plain text? My Outlook settings are set to HTML.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 9.2, Windows

Same problem but I'm using Mac OS 10.4 and Microsoft Entourage email client with Acrobat 9. Send shared review to server and the email the reviewers receive has the link but it is not clickable live link.

And setting up a shared review acrobat does not see my Entourage email but sees my Mac email addresses instead. So I have to manual input the email address by copy and paste.

Otherwise it's working fine after 2 shared reviews.

When sending out a shared review e-mail the recipients do not have a live link to the PDF review. Anyone have any ideas why it would not be a live link? I have a Macintosh computer with entourage e-mail client sending the e-mails out to Windows users.
