shared review question

I have a pretty good grasp of the shared review feature that comes with Acrobat.

Is it possible to automate the enabling and facilitate shared reviews through LiveCycle. We would like to make it so we did not have to manually set up a shared review for each individual PDF. We would love to have a place where our users could just upload a PDF to a web location or other server. The file would automatically enable itself and set up the webdav folder. The rest of the team could mark up the PDF concurrently and save the comments back to the webdav folder.

Our main problem is that our users aren't savvy enough to set up the shared review by themselves. This solution would set up the shared review for them.
