I've just started using shared review in acrobat pro for our office using a public network drive, but I'm having some issues with the tracking system. We've created a form using acrobat, and using it as a template to fill out and submit for review and comment. The problem is when users submit this form for shared review it deletes the listing for any other .pdfs currently in the shared review queue.....but they are still in existence on the public network folder that we're using for the share. Also, if a user clicks on the e-mailed link, it will add one or two of the items back but acrobat will crash due to an "unspecified error." Anyone have any ideas?
