In some installations of Reader 9, and in my Acrobat 9 Pro, the Commenting and markup toolbar is lacking the icons for 'Audio record' and 'attachment'. In other installations the icons appear automatically on the toolbar. Under all circumstaces i am able to find the functionality through the menu. However, I should like to have the full set or icons on the toolbar. Does anyone know what to do?

Hi bikeryamaha,

Go to View-> Toolbars ->More Tools and check the option for the Comment and Markup tools you want to show in the toolbar. You can also uncheck those you do not use there.Hope this helps,
