Hello,
Does someone know a tip for change the order of comments ?
In some cases they stackes in wrong order (for exemple a line witch come accross a text box).
Even if Acrobat accepts "layers" from InDesign, I don't find a way to assign a comment to "background" or to "frontside".
Thank you

Hi --

The order of comments isn't based on their locations on the page per se. Instead, they are based on chronology. You can sort by page or by type, but that's it. Layers are not sensitive to comments, that is, a comment isn't assigned to a specific layer that has precedence over another comment on another layer.

Thank you Donna.
Now, I'll take care of chronology to sort the comments. Andre-Pierre

Hello,

I used to use summarize comments tool and sort it by date and comments would appear chronollogically from older to newer ones. One day, I don't know what happened, the order of their appearence inverted, meaning, newer comments would come first.
What can I do to change it back?

Must likely, the Sort criteria got changed along the way.
Open the Comments List and, using the drop down menu for "Sort By" see what is ticked.
You want "Date" selected (tick mark showing).
You might try cycling through another select and then back to "Date".

Be well...
