Summarizing Comments using Acrobat 8 Standard

I have a PDF of an AutoCAD drawing on which I've added comments. The problem is when I try to summarize the comments. Only a portion of the original PDF shows up in the summary, but all of the comments are included. Is there a way to get the entire PDF image to appear in the comments summary?

The main problem is that if I choose the Documents and Comments with Sequence Numbers on Separate Pages option, some of the numbers on the PDF image are missing along with that portion of the image, yet they appear in the list.

I'm extremely frustrated and would appreciate any input.

My Product Information:
Acrobat Standard 8.1.2, Windows

Is it possible to share a version of this file? You can share for free on Acrobat.com.

Thank you for responding. I'm new to this forum and I'm not sure how to post the file.

Also, I have a new bit of information to add that I discovered. I believe the problem relates to the fact the the file was created in AutoCAD LT 2008. When I use the Summarize Comments, the header at the top of the lists page references the AutoCAD drawing file path, not the PDF file I'm using. I didn't realize Adobe retained a link to the original file. Could this be the problem?

I've seen a few other issues with AutoCAD LT 2008 and installing the SP1 for AutoCAD 2008 LT seems to help correct the problem.

I have SP1 installed on ACAD LT 2008. How do I post the PDF for you to see?

If you navigate to Acrobat.com and login with your Adobe ID and password (or create one if you don't have one), all you need to do is upload and share the file. Then post the URL for the file in your next post.

I see what you mean -- it keeps cutting off part of the illustration on the left. It's possible that this is due to the size of your file (24 x 36). Nonetheless this shouldn't be occurring. My suggestion would be to post a bug report on the problem.
