text highlight printing

While the yellow highlights look very good on the screen, when they get printed they are coming up as too faint and could hardly be seen. Is there a way to change the density of the highlights when they get printed preferably without having to change the density/colour of the highlights as viewed on the screen?

You should try to flatten highlights before printing, this can be done using JavaScript, using Preflight, or with the free abracadabraTOOLS :

Sounds like you are able to print highlighted text, yes? If so, I'd like very much to know how you're able to do it. tks...
