time out settings for upload

There seems to be some type of time out value asscoiated with uploading files for a shared review.

I use Acrobat pro 9.

Over my VPN, I cant upload any file larger than 3.5 MB, but at the office, larger files will upload.

Any ideas?

Does the time out occur if you upload anything outside of Acrobat over 3.5 Mb?
