How do you change the typewriter font color (yes, I know Courier is the only font option)? I just want to change the color, and there does not seem to be a (simple) way.

There is no easy way- as well as only getting Courier for the font you only get black for the color. I think by calling it the "Typewriter tool" Adobe were implying you get what you would with an old standard typewriter- no choice of color or font- you hit the key and get what you get....I know, the more modern typewriters have ribbons with color choice :)
