We are having trouble in getting xml data files when using Acrobat's shared review feature.

Windows Vista
Acrobat 9 professional
Acrobat Reader 9.x

When we use Adobe Acrobat's ver 9.x shared review system (through Acrobat.com server), are our comments stored somewhere on Acrobat.com server? and then can we retrieve the comments back as XML files?

Before, when we used a local shared server with "webdav" for our shared review purpose, the XML files were stored in our local server. Webdav is our best method of doinig our shared-review research work, but we failed to do that although we tried many different methods to do so with Acrobat 9.x.

Anyhow, now that we use Acrobat.com server for the shared review, if storing XML files and retrieving the files are possible under this acrobat.com server shared-review setting, could you let me know how to get those XML files?
We need those XML files for analysis for our research.

Do you need to comments specifically in XML format or just separate from your original document?

Hi - There was never an answer to this post. We use adobe.com (adobe acrobat pro for the initiator) for our shared documents - and we have several reviewers who have had problems with their comments disappearing. How can I access those files? Where are they kept? Since this is not on my server I do not know where to look - and it is critical to find these files. We have had so many problems with the shared review we are going back to basic reviews which I can combine after I can find these files.

This is time sensitive - I've searched and tried everything and cannot find where these files are stored.

Please help!!
