I have saved several stamps (endicias for postage) and need to rotate them after I have placed them in the pdf file - how do I do this?

With the hand tool selected, click on the stamp and then select the top center selection handle. The cursor changes to a curled arrow, and you can move the stamp. Holding down the Shift key will constrain the movement to 45 degrees.
