1334 template1.pdf6 can't be installed

I had a crash when trying to turn a word doc into a PDF file. The program never worked again. I unstalled it and reinstalled it but now I'm getting this message:

Error 1334. The file 'template1.pdf6' cannot be installed ecause the file cannot be found in cabinet file 'Data1.cab'.

Can anyone assist in getting my program reinstalled??
