After a computer crash, Windows had a repair install. After that Acrobat 7 (CS2) won't activate. After a few dozen calls to customer service (?), who admitted it's not working, and don't know why, all I get is a runaround. I've gotten stories ranging from "the earthquake in Japan may have damaged one of our servers" to "there's no support - upgrade to something newer". Who do I call now? The last CS supervisor told me to use the support portal to post a case, and I would get a response that would definitely fix the problem, within 24 hours. That was 8 days ago! Any suggestions?

My Product Information:
Acrobat Pro 7.0.9, Windows

About 2 dozen times since Aug. 14. ... This morning I received an email saying the case was closed and a resolution will be found in the attached email, but the attached email only contained my original message, NO information at all! I just checked and saw a new message on the support portal page about them "increasing my activation seats" and I can try it within 24 hours... We''ll see.

To the Administrator, I was on the phone with Adobe for 5 hours yesterday with this issue and I followed the link you provided and none of those suggested solutions helped me.

I can't use any of my CS2 products......and they will not activate. Adobe confirmed that I have a valid product and serial number but did nothing to help me solve the problem.
